Review - A tulip fields tour (car-bike).
I am a 50-year old woman who visited Holland in April with my 2 sons, aged 10 & 12. I got in touch with Edmond at GuideHolland and he tailored a trip for us that was perfect.
Edmond is extremely knowledgeable about his country's history and eccentricities, plus he is well-organized and efficient.
Edmond picked us up in his car in Amsterdam and we drove to an area about 45min out of town where he was able to fit in all of our requirements: rental bikes, ocean, dunes, tulips and lunch. Bikes in kids' sizes are not always available everywhere, but Edmond knew where to go. In addition, he provided some great views of the countryside.
He even brought a simple Dutch picnic for all of us, with cheese, homemade rolls (!), juice, water, fruit and cookies. Loved those cookies. We spent most of the day out, starting around 9, and were back in Amsterdam in time for an early dinner.
Edmond is completely dependable, trustworthy and pleasant; I can wholeheartedly recommend him to tailor a visit to your particular wishes.
